In keeping with the colonial practices of the time, many of the French elite, unwilling to become accustomed to the heat of the Cambodian Summer, retreated to Bokor Hill Station set in the Elephant Mountains. |
At an elevation of just over 1,000 meters, it is famous for its pleasant climate, clear streams, and tranquil surroundings. Visitors will be taken in by the stunning panoramas, the forested vistas, and breathtaking views of the sea. The best time to visit is November to May, but any time of the year, it is stunning. |
